Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We at outback riders offer a returns policy that is valid for 14 days from purchase with a number of requirements to be eligible:

- Unused condition

- Still in original packaging 

- Obtain receipt or proof of purchase

Failure to meet these requirements could result in a non eligible refund!

Returns are shipped at buyers expense.

 

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong size or a damaged item contact us at contact@outbackridersclothingco.com to arrange exchange.

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your item we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your refund or exchange.

If exchange is approved we will have a replacement item sent out with next shipment.

If refund is approved we will refund credit to your payment method which will be visible within 10 business days.

Shipping for retuned items will be at customers cost, shipping costs are non refundable.
